Alidoro comes from a family of weapon makers in a country referred to as the Land of the Morning. He arrived in Krat with his younger sister [[Eugénie]] but was eventually forced to abandon her when he ran afoul of the Alchemists. Despite this he continued to watch over her in secret to keep her safe. During the collapse of the Workshop Tower he saved Eugénie's life, losing a finger in the process. He continued to operate as a treasure hunter and built a reputation as the greatest treasure hunter in Krat, becoming widely admired by the people. Despite his success he didn't keep most of the treasure he obtained and his primary focus continued to be on protecting Eugénie. One of his partners, '''Parrot''', didn't have the same outlook and began selling antiques to the wealthy. This sparked an argument that resulted in Parrot killing Alidoro. Parrot then assumed his identity and continued to operate using Alidoro's name.

Alidoro is met by Geppetto's Puppet at St. Frangelico Cathedral, where he was trapped due to the Carcasses taking over the Cathedral. He offers to trade rare Ergo in exchange for unique weapons and amulets. He eventually makes his way to Hotel Krat. After Champion Victor is defeated he is contacted by the Alchemists who bribe him into deactivating Hotel Krat's defenses. He is initially reluctant but eventually agrees, allowing the [[Black Rabbit Brotherhood]], [[Red Fox]], and [[Black Cat]] to attack the Hotel and abduct Geppetto. He then makes his way down into the Relic of Trismegestus where he hopes to make his escape but Geppetto's Puppet catches him before he can do so. Panicking, he immediately caves and sells out the location of the Isle of the Alchemists before admitting he's not the real Alidoro. Geppetto's Puppet can then decide whether to kill or spare him.

Background

The man claiming to be Alidoro in Krat was not the original but an imposter named The Parrot. The Parrot was a partner of the original but didn't have the same outlook as him and began selling antiques to the wealthy. This sparked an argument that resulted in Parrot killing Alidoro. Parrot then assumed his identity and continued to operate using Alidoro's name with the hope of gaining further fame and fortune.
