Humanity is a game mechanic in Lies of P that helps determine which of the Endings will be unlocked. Geppetto's puppet can increase its humanity as the story progresses, primarily through telling Lies and listening to Records.
Levels
There is no tracker to determine a specific level but a rough estimate can be tracked through various methods. When gaining Humanity, the message received will change depending on how much Humanity Geppetto's puppet's already has.
