Pulse Cell is a reusable Basic Items tool that is used to heal Geppetto's puppet.

It initially has four charges. It will become discharged once all charges are used. Attacking enemies will slowly recharge a discharged Pulse Cell. Resting at a Stargazer will automatically restore all charges.

Upgrades
