Arlecchino is the Puppet known as the King of Riddles, and self proclaimed King of All Riddles. In the past he was known as Arlecchino, the Blood Artist.
Background
Arlecchino was originally a Stalker known as the Maniac and was widely known for his brutality. After his death his Ergo was put into a Puppet, which eventually awakened its ego. Arlecchino used his newfound sentience to become a prolific serial killer, murdering Lorenzini Venigni's parents as well as many Stalkers who tried to stop him. He was eventually defeated by the Legendary Stalker. Arlecchino's remains were taken by the Alchemists and he was brought back to life to be studied. Due to his bloodthirsty nature an Alchemist researcher decided to secretly dispose of him out at sea but Arlecchino escaped and killed his captors. He then began to upgrade his body while plotting a rematch against the Legendary Stalker.

Chapter III
Workshop Union Entrance
Another fine day in the City of Krat!
But I wonder, my friend, just where you have been at?
Congratulations! You've been selected from this cast of...a little
For an exclusive, obtrusive, intrusive...transmittal.
From me, Arlecchino, the King of All Riddles!
Now you know what I'm called, and why I called you.
And I want to know your name-but not till we're through.
For as soon as I learn, that's one riddle burned.
And I do love a mystery, don't you? Ha-ha!
Now only the living solve riddles, as everyone knows, that's a must.
When your city is so full of puppets, its seams are about fit to bust! Ho-ho!
It's time for the riddle, no more waiting.
We thank you for participating!
By morning, it walks on feet numbering four.
At mid-day just two, no less and no more. It walks on three feet when the evening arrives.
And if you solve this then I'll know you're alive!

Story
Arlecchino first contacts Geppetto's puppet at the Workshop Union, using the telephone near the entrance. When Geppetto's puppet answers it, Arlecchino challenges it to a game of riddles. Regardless of whether the puppet answers correctly or not Arlecchino would provide a Trinity Key.
Overture
Arlecchino lured Romeo to Krat Zoo by killing some Alchemists who ran the facility. When Romeo arrived to investigate the disturbance, Arlecchino captured him in order to lure the Legendary Stalker to him. He left a message for the Legendary Stalker and told her to come to the Rose Estate. While waiting for her arrival, he massacred the inhabitants of the Rose Estate. He then tortured Romeo, removing his arms and hanging them near the entrance to the Rose Estate. He then strung up Romeo's body in the courtyard and waited for the Legendary Stalker to arrive. Upon her arrival she is unable to beat him due to the effects of the Petrification Disease and is nearly killed. She is saved by the arrival of Geppetto's puppet, who draws Arlecchino's attention. Geppetto's puppet and the Legendary Stalker are able to defeat him, destroying his upgraded body in the process.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Arlecchino is a Puppet and weak to electricity. The Puppet Destroyer Amulet will deal bonus damage to him.
