From the Venigni Works Control Room Stargazer head down the stairs and through the room filled with Butler Puppets. Head down the staircase to enter his arena.
Background
Fuoco was built as an overseer for Venigni Works and supervised the construction of Puppets.
Strengths and Weaknesses
King's Flame, Fuoco is a Puppet and weak to electricity. He will take bonus damage from the Puppet Destroyer Amulet as well.
