Throwing Cell

Throwing Cells are a throwing object.

Overview

Thrown at enemies to inflict shock damage from a distance. It has a small area of effect so can hit multiple enemies if they're grouped together. It is best used on Puppets, which are weak to shock damage.

Description

A large-output battery that can be thrown. Inflicts Electric Blitz damage at the area of impact.

After the Puppet Frenzy, people began to fashion weapons of resistance in their desperation. Many throwable weapons were manufactured, and these exhibited excellent results against their marching enemies.
