Camille

Camille was the wife of Giuseppe Geppetto and the mother of Carlo Geppetto.

Background

Camille was a Listener candidate for the Alchemists. She was killed during an experiment, which devastated Geppetto and sent him into a depressive state. This resulted in him sending their son Carlo to the Monad Charity House. Her Ergo was later used in the creation of a Maid Puppet. Markiona discovered that this Puppet had awakened its Ego, the first documented Puppet to do so. When Geppetto learned of this, he became obsessed with the idea of resurrecting people as Puppets. The Puppet that had awakened Camille's ego was dismantled by the Alchemists so Geppetto focused on bringing Carlo back instead. The Puppet that had received Camille's Ergo coincidentally resembled her, providing Geppetto with the information that Puppets needed to resemble their original owners closely to be fully brought back.
