Stalkers are vigilantes that operate within Krat, serving as bodyguards or mercenaries. They are recognizable due to the distinctive animals masks they wear.

Background

Stalkers were held in high esteem by the people of Krat, with many aspiring to to join them and undergoing specialized training at a young age. The animals masks worn by Stalkers had their origins in old Krat society but later became used to distinguish between different ranks, with higher ranks getting first choice of animals. It was rumored that newer Stalkers were deliberately given silly masks. Later models included filters to protect wearers from the Petrification Disease. Most Stalkers in Krat were affiliated with either the Bastards or Sweepers, the two primary Stalker groups. The two factions had a fierce rivalry with each other due to their different backgrounds and clientele. Some Stalkers are unaffiliated with either group and either work independently or form their own smaller groups. Most Stalkers were killed during the Puppet Frenzy, leaving the survivors largely defenseless.
